A Fresh southern Charm Apartment in the Pacific Northwest

honey lune hivery.JPG

Based in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, this two bedroom apartment unit is just the thing to cheer you up on those gray and rainy days! Inspired by the fresh feeling of the botanical gardens in the Southern United States, a palette of pastel pinks, blues and pops of green brighten up the white shell of this model unit's interior design.

Creating a fun and fresh look, color was key in this unit's design and decor. Newly renovated kitchen and bath cabinets boast a bold navy blue, which adds contrast to the soft pastels in the furnishings and decor. New LVT floors that mimic wood work with the homey look but give an extra boost of durability for the basic needs of an apartment with a lot of foot traffic.

Being a rental, furnishings and decor act to bring the array of color into the design and offer that connection to the Southern gardens concept. Since apartments are often smaller sizes, this layout helps potential renters visualize all of the flexibility this 650 sf space can have! It fits all of what a young working professional living in a big city needs for their home: living room, two eating areas, work zone, two bedrooms, kitchen, and one bathroom, plus an outdoor patio. Not too shabby for this chic apartment unit.
